Good morning uganda.
I came from the gheto, grew up in the gheto, the gheto is full of misery.
Much as i was not a gheto kid but i lived there.
Kikaramoja my neighbour village in jinja is a zone that harbours all street helpless kids, lacking what to eat, water to drink, shelter, food to eat, medication and all sorts of problems associated.
The young boys are resorting to being hardcore criminals and young girls to being prostitutes for as low at 1000/- (God have mercy).
The young, youths, and elderly all lost hope because of isolation by neighbouring villages, a mukaramoja street kid cant be employed even when he yearns alot. Why, becauser employers fear them due to the fact that some of them got over stressed n fade up hence becoming criminals. formal for juniors
This story can be changed.
If u can not fed thausands pliz feed one, if u can not create employment for thausands pliz create for one. If u can not dress thausands pliz dress one, if u can not educate thausands pliz educate one.
By end of may, i want to visit the people of kikaramoja in jinja to provide the little i can to them, to bring hope to a few that i can reach by my means.
God willing we hope to deliver items like
Pads, soap, posho, rice, beans, basins, clothes, books, pens, pencils( to those in school,we shall visit Day star junior school).
Blankets, bed sheets etc etc.
